Apex Uitzend BV (Apex) is a specialist where it comes to the employment of labour migrants. Apex was founded in 2002, has been situated in Yerseke ever since and has become a concept in the South Western part of the Netherlands.
Certified Employee Leasing
Apex, as an employee leasing company, is a member of the Algemene Bond Uitzendondernemingen (Federation of Private Employment Agencies; ABU). ABU is the main representative for private employment agencies in the Netherlands and a leader in the agency work sector. Moreover, Apex is registered with the Register Normering Arbeid (Labour Standards Register). Last-mentioned registration implies that Apex meets the conditions set out in NEN 4400-1 and has been judged by Stichting Normering Arbeid (Labour Standards Association; SNA) amongst others on:
- her obligations as regards filing Dutch VAT and wage tax returns and payment of the amounts of Dutch VAT and wage tax due accordingly;
- payments in accordance with the Minimum Wage and Minimum Holiday Allowance; and
- the correct establishment of the identity of an employee and his or her entitlement to work in the Netherlands.
Last, Apex is registered with the Register Normering Flexwonen. This implies that the accommodation that Apex provides to labour migrations meets the conditions that are listed in the Collective Labour Agreement for Temporary Agency Workers and were set out by Stichting Normering Flexwonen (Foundation for Flexible Housing Standards; SNF).
